TERMS OF DELIVERY

Each of the orders received is treated with care and sent from the warehouse of our partners located in Europe. Your orders on the hunting-vision.com site are not affected by customs clearance following Brexit.


Our delivery costs are set at €15 per order. Most orders are dispatched within 72 hours at no additional cost (Monday to Friday excluding holidays). Be sure to provide us with a valid email address to inform you of any delay in sending your order and its tracking number.

The delivery of your order is made to the address you indicated during your payment. If you need to modify this address after validation of your order, please inform us as soon as possible.

 

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE EUROPE

In addition to the information above, if your delivery address is outside of Europe, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional customs clearance costs should be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Csa World Limited advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are unsure of local duties or responsibilities. Cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities, which means that some packages may be opened and resealed.

RETURN & REFUND

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and an email will be sent to you confirming this has been done. Please help us process your return quickly by providing us with the requested information (copy of receipt returned with item). Refunds are normally processed within 7 days, but can take up to 14 days at peak times. It is your responsibility to organize the return of the article which remains under your responsibility until it is received at the address communicated.

GUARANTEE

Upon delivery of your order, we advise you to register your product with its manufacturer in order to benefit from the guarantees. Warranties differ from product to product.
